A village pub has refurbished its doggy room to allow more space for walkers to bring their dogs in for a treat.
The Horseshoe in Ringley near Radcliffe is a much-loved community pub popular with dog walkers for years.
Owners, Eileen and Andy Donald recently decided to turn one of their bigger rooms into a space for dogs and their owners after their smaller room was inundated with furry friends.
The couple realised just how many people liked bringing their dogs in and have now created a room with new wood chairs and tables as well as updated décor with a modern rustic feel.
Eileen, 58 said: "We just wanted to update the room and chose a bigger room so more dog walkers could come in.

"Everybody loves it and we think it’s really nice, fresh and bright.
“We’ve always had a dog friendly room, but it was snug and as we got bigger, we made the decision to swap rooms and allow more space.”
The work includes new flooring and levelling a dipped floor as well as new walls and upholstery.
The couple took over the pub more than five years ago and have since taken it back to feeling like a traditional pub with homemade cooking.
In the past, they have worked at the pub in the kitchen and front of house departments.
Eileen said: "We kept that traditional homemade food feel as it is what a pub needs.
“It was lovely working for the pub and the owners were lovely people too, it was a family-owned pub.
“I left after a change in my career, starting an ironing business but I had always wanted to own a pub and had told the owner at the time that he ever chose to sell, I would buy it off him.
“But the timings were never right.”
After Eileen's dad died several years ago, the pub was put on the market and the couple decided it was now or never to take on the challenge.
She said: “Business has been great and even during Covid, we would sell takeaway homemade meals and we had so much support from the community.”
