A Bolton man has been banned from the roads for twice failing to tell police who the driver of a vehicle was.
Asim Nawaz was required by West Yorkshire Police who the driver of a Mercedes Benz was.
He was again asked to identify the driver of the same vehicle during an incident in October last year.

The case called at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court this month.
Nawaz, 25, did not appear at court.
The case against him was proved.
Following this Nawaz, from Canterbury Grove, Bolton, was hit with a fine of £660 and banned from the roads for six months.
The reasons given were that this was "obligatory due to repeat offending."
He was ordered to pay further costs of £354.
