A road in Bolton will be closed at the start of March for works.
Orwell Road, in Smithills, will be closed for one day whilst vital telecoms works take place.
The road closure will prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Orwell Road from Captains Clough Road to Hazelwood Road, to enable telecoms work to take place.

To ensure recycling bins are emptied during the works, council officials are asking residents to present them at the nearest accessible point to ensure that they can be emptied on the usual collection days.
Council officials say they want to apologise for any inconvenience the closure may cause.
