Food hygiene inspectors have rated 12 eateries in the latest round of inspections.

Examining food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and management of food safety, inspectors have given 11 premises five stars and one business a four-star ranking.

Cramonds at Henighans at 71 Lever Street, Little Lever, was handed a score of five after an assessment on January 26.

On the Food Standards Agency website, the inspection report states the food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and management of food safety are all ‘good’.

Sophia's Cafe at Brownlow Fold Learning Centre, Eskrick Street, Bolton, was also rated a five on January 26.

Their inspection report states the hygienic food handling is "very good" while the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and the management of food safety are both "good".

A & J's Cafe at Anchor House, Eagle Street, Bolton was given a five-out-of-five rating after inspection on January 21.

Both the hygienic food handling and the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building were rated "good" while the management of food safety was rated "very good".

Also rated five is The Tearoom @ Poppywood at Poppywood Alpacas, Old Rake, Horwich, which was rated on January 21.

The inspection report states all areas are "good".

Southfields at 19 Green Lane, Bolton was also rated a five on January 14.

The inspection report states the hygienic food handling, and the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building are both "good" while the management of food safety is ‘very good’.

Breightmet United Football Club at Bury Road, Bolton was rated a five after assessment on January 21.

Both the eateries hygienic food handling and the management of food safety were both rated "very good" whilst the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building was rated "good".

The Elephant & Castle at 4-10 Deansgate, Bolton was handed a five after it was rated on January 15.

The eateries hygienic food handling and management of food safety were both "very good" while the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building was rated "good".

DAGIPIZZA LTD at 54 Park View Road, Bolton, was also handed a five after it was rated on January 30.

The eatery was rated "very good" in all areas.

Sanshan Rice & Noodle Bar at 22 Corporation Street, Bolton was also rated a five.

It was given the rating after inspection on January 27 and rated "good" in all areas.

Subway at 46a Newport Street, Bolton, rated on January 24, was also handed a five-out-of-five.

The inspection report states the hygienic food handling is "very good" while the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and the management of food safety are ‘good’.

The last eatery to recently be handed a five-out-of-five is Su's Fish and Chips at 66 Belmont Road, Bolton which was rated on January 21.

The inspection report states it was "good" in all areas.

Finally, Fusion Foods Ltd at 290 Blackburn Road, Bolton was recently handed a four-out-of-five rating after inspection on December 30.
