A man has been charged in connection with burglary and vehicle crime offences.

Christian Warburton, aged 32, of Westminster Road, Bolton, has been charged with three counts of burglary, two counts of theft of motor vehicle, four counts of theft from a motor vehicle and one count of vehicle interference.

He was due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court today, Saturday, February 4.

Detective Sergeant Carla Deighton of Greater Manchester Police’s Bolton neighbourhood priority crime team said: “Our dedicated proactive approach continues to tackle burglaries.

"GMP would urge members of the public to continue to assist us where possible by remaining vigilant and utilising crime prevention advice on our website to help us help you to stay safe.

“We will continue to work hard to reduce the amount of burglaries and vehicle crime in Bolton.

“Any information from the public relating to these types of offences assists us greatly with tracing offenders and recovering stolen property so I strongly urge anyone who has been the victim of a crime to report it to GMP via 101 or online via www.gmp.police.uk."
