A van that police say was discovered to be displaying false number plates has been taken off the road.
The van was found on Tithe Barn Street in Westhoughton yesterday, Friday, February 3, by a police community support officer following a tip off from a member of the public, the force has said.
The van was subsequently loaded on to the back of a pickup vehicle and removed from the area by Greater Manchester Police.
