A new house will be built in Blackrod after being approved by Bolton Council.
The plans were put forward for land to the north of Boardman Street.
Developers wanted to create a three bedroom home which would be part single and part two storey height.
It would also have a bathroom, integral garage, kitchen and balcony.
Planners said it would be “modest and discrete.”
However eight letters of objection were given to the council.
Issues highlighted included loss of light and wellbeing, it not being in keeping with other properties, parking issues and it being too high.

A decision on the plans were put off last month for the objections to be considered by officers.
And at the recent Bolton Council planning committee all thirteen councillors who were present voted to approve the application.
