A community café based in a church is appealing for volunteers to help prepare food.
The Triangle Coffee Lounge is based in the Triangle Church on Chorley Old Road.
The café is staffed completely by volunteers which provides a meeting place in the area for residents to come together for drinks and snack lunches.
And the team are now looking for more volunteers to help with the busy café, specially helping to staff the coffee lounge and to people who will also prepare food.

Everything at the café is prepared fresh to order and the simple menu consists of sandwiches, toasties, jacket potatoes, cheese or beans on toast.
Volunteers would need to be willing to complete an online hygiene certificate course and be available to volunteer for one day a week from 9.30am until closed and cleaned at 3.30pm.
There are also options to help out by washing up or serving customers.
