The first residents have moved into their new homes at a fresh development in Bromley Cross.

The first eight of the 57 homes that are being built at The Grange at Last Drop Village welcomed their first inhabitants.

A further five properties on the development off Hospital Road by Jones Homes have also been reserved.

The first homes were released for sale earlier in 2022 and construction is due to continue over the next 18 months to two years.

The Grange at Last Drop Village will include a mix of 30 three and four-bedroom detached houses for private sale, with 27 affordable properties available for rent or as starter homes.

Chris Tomes, sales advisor at The Grange at Last Drop Village, said: “Having been at the site since its launch, it has been great to see a community start to form at The Grange as new residents move in.

“We’re seeing a mix of buyers here, including families and couples, and we’re looking forward to welcoming more people into their new homes as construction continues to progress.

The Grange is part of a wider scheme at Last Drop Village, with Jones Homes North West having already completed a further 41 new properties at The Sanctuary, including gated homes for the over 55s as part of the company’s exclusive Sanctuary brand.

Simon Whalley, sales and marketing director at Jones Homes North West, said: “Interest for The Grange has been high, and only seems to be increasing. Our two show homes at the site, The Buckley and The Hollin, which are both four-bedroom detached homes, are available for potential buyers to look around.

“The sales team on site are always happy to answer any queries customers may have on our homes and have enjoyed meeting and helping movers settle into their new homes at The Grange.”

There’s a choice of four-bedroom houses currently available to reserve at The Grange at Last Drop Village, priced from £484,950.
