A village art group has unveiled its programme for the year.

Blackrod Art Group will be holding a range of events throughout 2023 for its members.

In February, professional Bolton artist James Naughton will be showing his style of painting.

From March 2 through to May 4, Blackrod Art Group will showcase their work to the local community at Blackrod Library.

The public will be able to view the art during the library’s opening hours, which are currently 10am-5pm on Mondays, 10am-7pm on Wednesdays and 10am-1pm on Saturdays.

Many of the paintings on show will be for sale.

Coach trips and further exhibits are scheduled throughout the year as well.
