Traffic police seized a high performance supercar worth more than £100,000 - after the driver was suspected of having no insurance.
The Lamborghini Huracan would have turned many heads when it was seen driving down the M60 yesterday but police noticed the car for an entirely different reason.
Greater Manchester Police's traffic officer said they noticed the car had a number plate that 'did not exist.
After pulling over the vehicle near Swinton, checks revealed that driver, who was in the car with his friends, did not seem to have insurance.
The Bolton News reported previously how a Lamborghini was pulled over in Bolton over after being suspected of having no insurance and how Lamborghinis were seized after 'anti-social- driving outside police station.
A spokesman for GMP Traffic said: "This Lamborghini Huracan was seen on the M60 near Swinton with a number plate that didn't exist on PNC.
"Vehicle stopped and driver found to be using his friends car without insurance.
"Vehicle seized and driver reported for offences."
A Lamborghini Huracan can cost anywhere between £135,000 to nearly £300,000.
