A Bolton man has been banned from the roads for failing to tell the police who was behind the wheel of a vehicle.
Junaid Sadiq was asked by police to tell them who was behind the wheel of a Toyota in November 2021.
The vehicle was alleged to have been involved in an offence in Bradford.
But Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court found Sadiq had failed to tell the police who the driver was.
The case against the 40-year-old was proved in his absence.

Following the outcome Sadiq , from Cressingham Road, Bolton, was banned from the roads for a period of six months.
The court ruled that disqualification was "obligatory due to repeat offending."
Sadiq was also fined £660 and ordered to pay furhter costs of £176.
He was ordered to pay the total of £836 within a month.
