Neighbours living near the scene of a horror multiple-stabbing incident have spoken of their shock.
An attempted murder investigation is underway after three men were stabbed an address at Southern House Cramond Walk, Halliwell.
Police were called to the incident at just after 4am on Satuday. They say at the time of the incident that two of the victims had life threatening injuries and one life changing.
All victims are still in a serious condition at hospital receiving treatment.

One resident, who didn't want to be named, said: "It was an extremely serious incident in the early hours of Saturday morning.
"Three people went out on stretchers. I don't know the outcome of the people.
"I don't know what the attack entailed.
"Police said it was an isolated incident, which is good to know because you're fearing for your family.”
The resident added: "I heard an altercation but couldn't hear much.
"I was woken up at 4am by the flashing lights of the ambulances.
"There were ambulances everywhere.
"It's just shocking."

Another resident told The Bolton News what they heard on Saturday morning.
He said: "Somebody scraped against my window, then I heard the door on the left hand side of Southern open.
"I could hear girls screaming."
Another resident said: "Police are still here, they have gone door to door taking statements.
"It is absolutely shocking.
"Police are still in the corridor of the flats."
Other residents didn’t hear as much, but did receive letters through their doors from the police, saying there had been an 'incident' at Southern House in the early hours of Saturday morning.
A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempt murder and remains in police custody for questioning.
