A restaurant has vowed to look after its staff this winter as they recount the success since opening in the summer last year.
Beefalo Meat House has been open since August 2021 and has won over the tummies of many Bolton and Manchester foodies in the process.
The luxury steakhouse is known for the succulent steak including the famous £150 golden steaks.
Opened by famous Turkish chef Bayram Yuce, the steak house says it has a responsibility towards staff and loves to look after them in the current winter crisis.
Despite the struggles, the restaurant continues to be heaving on weekends.
Manager Mehmet Kilinc said: “Generally there is a crisis going on and people are scared of spending their money due to the bills going up.
“But we are doing our best keeping our brands standards and we are still open and working on helping families with our future plans.”
Beefalo will be soon announcing special offers that will help families dine at the steakhouse.
Director, Orkun Derin said: “We are not hiring anyone else either and would like to keep our team as they have families and are trying to feed them.
“So we want to keep everyone together and I don’t want to think as a trader now, I want to think as a human.
“That’s why we will do some discounts in the new year and will have offer cheaper menus with surprises for the kids.
“I don’t want to lose any of my staff so if I made the food 10pc cheaper then maybe I will have 10pc more customers too and I want to make my staff the priority and get them into shifts they want to do.”
“The chaos is our lifestyle and, in these times, we always work as a family.”
A Beefalo platter of garlic steak, chicken mushrooms and Mombasa prawns comes in at £18 for two people.
When done with the mains, diners are invited to head upstairs to Magnolia Desserts, where homemade milkcakes and Turkish baklava is set out as well as gelato, all made in-house.
Footballers like Sadio Mane and Mo Salah having dined at the original steakhouse opened in Liverpool in the past.
While Turkish football stars have appeared at the Bolton branch.
