A historic brass band will stage its Christmas show tomorrow.
Eagley Band, a brass band from Bolton which have been running since 1850, are holding The Eagley Band Christmas at Victoria Hall tomorrow night, (Saturday 17th December) from 7.30pm.
Musical director Chris Wormald will be conducting the show, which will include a community choir and community band.
Christmas classics such as Silent Night, In the Bleak Midwinter and Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas will be performed.
There will also be a presentation of Eagley Band’s 2022 Player Awards, as well as a Christmas raffle prize draw.
Victoria Hall will be keeping its outer doors closed to keep heat in, what with the cold turn of weather recently.
All tickets are £5, and are available from the Victoria Hall Box Office (telephone 01204 522569), Booths Music on Churchgate (telephone 01204 522908) or from Gerry Russell (telephone 07764 826233).
Tickets are also likely to be available on the door on the night, according to Eagley Band.
They can also be bought on Victoria Hall’s website: www.victoriahallbolton.co.uk.
