A new diner has proved so successful that management are looking to expand and open two more eateries.

Fresto, an Indian takeaway restaurant, has become known for it’s steak and chicken calzone among a range of grilled food and fried burgers.

But even more popular is the array of desserts on offer with glitter chimney cones, ice-cream burgers, waffle sticks and ice cream sticks all topped with little characters or edible glitter.

The Bolton News:

Owner, Shoiab Khan said: “The inspiration was to make something that would just be delicious and homemade.

“Everything is made fresh absolutely anything you order will be made right here without using any frozen products.

The Bolton News:

“We have tested the food many times before and try and try to make it perfect.”

The chimney cones are made in front of customers who can choose from nuts and sprinkles to glitters and flowers to adorn their chosen dessert.

Shoiab said: “Our chimney cones attract people so they come in to try them.”

“We have different flavours and we also have no limit on the flavouring, people can do whatever they want and watch us make it.

“We’ve tried to create food that looks good and tastes good.”

The Bolton News:

Fresto  is proving to be so popular already that two new stores will be opening in Manchester.

Shoiab said: “We are looking at two new locations in Wilmslow Road and Manchester Arndale.

“This will take time to open but right now, here we are with our Bolton diner and we’re so excited to see people loving our food.”

Customers walked in happily to the diner and chatted away to the Shoiab, who seemed to engage almost everyone in conversation, something which the diners said they appreciated.
