Bolton NHS staff have given the public a look at the incredible improvements their generous donations have made possible.
In this case, the trust has revealed how rest facilities have been enhanced thanks to funding from the Our Bolton NHS Charity.
This comes as the trust unveils a "festive advent calendar" of good works being done at Royal Bolton Hospital and beyond.
A spokesperson said: “Our staff work incredibly hard to deliver the highest quality of care for Bolton, each and every day.
“That's why Our Bolton NHS Charity provided funding to improve staff rest facilities, creating comfortable and relaxing areas to unwind on breaks and after long, difficult shifts.
“This was all made possible thanks to grant funding from NHS Charities Together and the incredible generosity of those who donated to the Covid-19 urgent appeal.”

Our Bolton NHS Charity works all throughout the borough to raise funds to provide the extra things that improve people’s experience of staying at the hospital and undergoing treatment.
It also works to improve conditions for staff employed by the trust as in the case of the rest facilities.
The charity’s work is dependent on the generosity of its supports and fundraising efforts put in by staff and volunteers.
