As many prepare for England to take on Senegal in the World Cup today, it’s important for many fans to have the right atmosphere and set up to watch the game.
Although some prefer the comfort of their homes, for many in Bolton, tonight's 7pm match is going to be enjoyed, and hopefully celebrated at the pub.
We asked readers where they will be enjoying the game and which pub puts on the best show.
Voted as THE BEST pub in Bolton to watch football at was a historic Deansgate pub in the heart of Bolton town centre.
At number one is THE OLD THREE CROWNS.
Winning by a landslide of voters, customers said they couldn’t get enough of the staff, space and indoor screens, one voter even dubbed it the: “Best pub in Bolton.”
Coming in second place was HOGARTHS.
Situated on Churchgate, the Pub & Micro Brewery, formerly the Capitol on C pub, boasted huge crowds for the last game as customers watched on a huge projector screen.
The pub isn't taking any bookings, so it is up to customers to get their spot quickly.
Finally, in third place was THE VULCAN INN.
Situated on 10-12 Junction Road, the Vulcan nominators praised staff, and the landlord dubbing it as the best pub in Deane.
Despite several voters opting for the comfort of their own homes or to not watch the match at all, praise was given to a number of venues including Morris Dancers, The Griffin and The Volunteer.
