World Cup fever hits the Market Place Centre this weekend with a soccer skills demonstration and a giant 6-foot soccer ball.
To kick start the tournmanet, the Market Place Shopping Centre will be bringing soccer skills and 'keepie up' expert, Mr Silky, also know as Richard Braithwaite a professional football freestyle legend to entertain shoppers with a display of football techniques.
Richard has worked on 'Show Football the Red Card', BBC's 'Your Game' as well as creating movies for the African Cup of Nations.
As well as working with a traditional soccer ball Richard will be working with a six-foot football and his exuberant energy will inspire soccer fans young and old.
Rachel Townsend, Centre Manager at Market Place, said: "We know that the World's attention will be focused on Qatar this November and December, and we wanted to share our own enthusiasm for the championship and our hope for the success of the England squad.”
Richard will be performing in the Centre between 11am and 4pm.
