Three men were arrested earlier this week after they were found to be in a stolen vehicle.
On Tuesday November 8, Greater Manchester Transport Unit arrested three males in a stolen vehicle in Horwich.
The driver from the Preston area has been charged.
He has been charged for three offences; Handling stolen goods, disqualified driving and driving without third party insurance.
Anyone concerned about these kinds of offences in their communities has been encouraged to contact police on 101 or 999 in an emergency.
