A man who went missing was found with serious injuries 24 hours later.
John Partington's sister appealed for information to find her brother on Thursday after he went missing from his home in Little Lever.
Chantelle Spiby asked The Bolton News readers to help track him down and on Friday November 4 he was found with multiple injuries.
Chantelle says that John had gone out for a walk to clear his head as he was not feeling himself.
She says that he ended up on the skatepark near Morrisons in the town centre and got chatting to those who were there and asked if he could have a go – he told them he used to be good on a BMX.

Unfortunately, at some point John lost control and fell at the top of the highest ramp.
Chantelle said: “He landed headfirst on his face onto metal bars. He was unconscious for 15-20 minutes.
“While he was laid there the people bandaged his head up and phoned the ambulance but after 15-20 minutes he got up in a panic and walked off - I don’t know how with his injuries - then he collapsed outside the Olympus chippy with blood coming from his mouth.
“A young girl saw him and shouted for help and the lady out of the Olympus chippy did first aid on him while the young girl phoned the ambulance.”
John’s accident resulted in a multitude of injuries, including two fractured eye sockets, multiple back fractures, a neck fracture, a broken jaw, a fractured skull, and a hematoma on the brain.
“Doctors said it could take him a while to walk due to the back and neck factures,” Chantelle said.
John is still in hospital and now faces a 10-hour operation, which is due to take place on Friday.
Chantelle says she’s “so thankful” to those who were on hand to help John.
She also thanked the people who shared The Bolton News article.
“It helped me find my brother, it really did,” she added.
