Two men from the same address have been charged after a man in his forties was stabbed in Breightmet earlier this month.
Emergency services were called to New Lane at the junction with Padbury Way on Sunday, October 9 at around 7pm.
It later emerged a man had been stabbed who later drove away injured towards Dorchester Avenue.
The man was taken to hospital but his injuries were deemed to be non-life-threatening.
And now police have said two people have been charged over the incident.
Kai Tunnah, 18 and from Monks Lane, Breightmet, has been charged with possession of a knife and wounding with intent.
Tyler Tunnah, 21 and from the same address, has been charged with making threats or abusive behaviour in public.
The pair were remanded into custody and were due to appear at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court today.
A spokesman from North West Ambulance Service said at the time: “We were called at 19:12 to an incident. The patient was taken to hospital with an arm injury.”
