Food hygiene inspectors have rated seven eateries in Bolton in the latest round of inspections - with one takeaway going from one to five.
Examining food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and management of food safety, inspectors have rated four eateries a five, two eateries a three and one eatery a one out of five rating.
Earlier this week, The Bolton News reported LA-In Chaii on Deane Road was handed a three out of five rating, they have now been reinspected and have been handed a five out of five rating.
The owner said he has just taken over and is looking forward to making changes including a new name; Starlight.
He said: "We feel very happy to have been awarded a five, very happy and we are planning to keep it as it is and improve it even more.

"It's amazing. It was a different business before so we took over and we have now done cleaning and everything is maintained and now we are the new owners so now it's going to be called Starlight soon."
Babylon Diner Ltd at 135 Deane Road, Bolton, Rumworth, have also been awarded a new five out of five rating after they were previously rated a one due to paperwork.
The eatery on Deane Road was awarded the rating after inspection on October 3.
Owner, Hemen Mahmoud said he has made changes and he is really pleased.
He said: "Inspectors came in the last two weeks and we have gone from a one rating to a five.
"I feel good and it's really good we have a five.
"I have done everything that needed doing, I'm the new owner here.
"I ahve made sure the staff have their certificates for everything and I completed a course too.

"I feel good now that I have a five star rating, the inspector came and said everything was clean, we just needed to complete more paperwork, so I did that and he came back and said everything is good.
"So it just feels so good."
The two other eateries handed five out of five are Henighans at 1043 Bury Road, Bolton; rated on October 7 and Rice 'n Three at 152 Deane Road, Bolton; rated on October 3.
Both were rated good across the board for food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and management of food safety.
Two eateries were handed a three out of five rating, these include Shah's at 17-19 Bradshawgate, Bolton; rated on July 21 and Smithills Open Farm Cafe at Smithills Deene Road, Bolton; rated on July 7.
Both were rated generally satisfactory across the board for food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and management of food safety.
Finally, Ikram's Spice House at 505 Chorley Old Road, Bolton was rated a one out of five rating on September 3.
Major improvement is necessary for management of food safety and improvement is necessary for the hygienic food handling and the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building.
