A 16-YEAR-OLD boy and a 25-year-old man have been arrested in connection with a stabbing which happened outside a restaurant in Farnworth.
Waiter Kamal Ali, aged 22, was stabbed three times in the chest after asking up to a dozen rowdy youths to move on.
He suffered a punctured lung in the attack and was taken to Royal Bolton Hospital where his condition is currently described as poorly but stable.
Police are questioning a man and a boy who have been arrested on suspicion of wounding.
