With just eight weeks until the start of June - usually when the rain clouds start to go away - you need to be thinking about getting in shape for that perfect bikini.
A body, im afraid you cannont buy in the shops, at least not without a lot of cash and a good plastic surgeon.
But, a bikini - now that's where Bolton Boutique can help.
Here we give you a sneak peak of what's new in the shops to get you thinking about shaping up. After all, when you see the skimpy garmets on offer you might think twice about that second (packet) of chocolate biscuits.
If you fancy getting colourful and going for the stripy look then how about this two-piece from Matalan. The top is a snip at £5 and the pant is just £4. For that price you could afford two. Watch out though if you're on the larger size of the scales, horizontal stripes will do nothing for your lumps and bumps.
If you want to go for cute kitsch then this gingham bikini should be right up your street. If you're a pear shape, the halterneck will enhance small breasts and the cute bows will disguise large thighs - just watch out for tan lines if you do go out in the sun.
Designed by FrostFrench for Debenhams the top will set you back £16 and the pant £12. The ensemble is perfect for lazing by the beach bar as it's not too revealing, just stick a sarong on the bottom half and you're set to go.
ASOS.com has gone all out this season and come up with a delectable range of swimwear to suit all budgets and shapes. Here is a sneak peak of two of their best.
This art house lightening flash look is uber cool and wouldn't look out of place on the likes of Cameron Diaz. The pattern is funky and fresh and the rainbow colours are right on-trend.
At £75, it's at the top end of the budget, and when you could probably get your whole holiday wear from Primark for the same price then it might seem steep, but if you have the cash then why not. You'll surely be a winner in the style stakes on the beach.
Again, trying to compete in the awards for ridiculously priced swimwear is this other offering from ASOS.com. This Seafolly stripe bandeau bikini is perfect for sunbathing in - disclaimer, always wear suncream. You won't get those ugly straps around your neck and the nautical theme will see you fit right in by the sea. At £65 it might be the only thing you buy for your sunshine week away but at least you will look good.
Back down to earth with a bang and we head to Primark for a bikini you won't need to sell your soul for.
This print halter neck ensemble will set you back just £6, for both top and briefs.
It probably won't last as long as all the others but it will last you this season. At first glance, navy and pink is a strange combination but it soon grows on you, and after all, with the British weather you probably won't get much chance to wear it. This two-piece would be best suited to wear with shorts if you are away and you get chance to sample the shops, as any self-proclaimed fashionista surely would.
So put down the cakes and get yourself in shape... but then again, diets should really start on a Monday.
