Bolton Wanderers' stadium has undergone an impressive digital upgrade to all its screens.

The project saw the TVD Group upgrade the University of Bolton Stadium's entire video distribution system and install its own-brand Mitchell and Brown TVs from the main concourse to the luxury suites.

Across the main concourse and the corporate hospitality area, the TVD group has installed more than 100 Mitchell and Brown screens as well as overhauling the University of Bolton Stadium’s video distribution system to a full digital platform.

The ambitious project, part of a 25-year refurbishment project for the stadium, included upgrading light-box signage in the food courts to fully digital screens, making it far easier and cheaper for booths and food kiosks to update content.

Chief commercial officer Mike Pink said: “We were delighted to work with TVD Group and the Brown Family on the delivery of the new state-of-the-art aerial distribution and signage system across many key areas of the stadium including our hospitality lounges and boxes."

Four of TVD Group’s top engineers were tasked with the Bolton Stadium project with a timeline of just four weeks.

The entire system went fully live this month to coincide with the opening of BWFC’s new Fan Zone.
