Staff were threatened with a knife in a terrifying petrol station robbery.
The BP Petrol Station on Turks Road in Radcliffe was targeted in the early hours of Sunday.
Police say that two suspects walked into the shop with one jumping over the counter and threatening staff with a knife before stealing items, including cigarettes.
Now police have launched an appeal for witnesses to come forward.
A spokesman for GMP Bury South Neighbourhood team said: "Detectives are appealing for witnesses to a business robbery that took place at BP Petrol Station on Turks Road, Radcliffe in #Bury.
"The robbery occurred between 06:25-06:29am on Sunday 21 August 2022.
"Two suspects in dark clothing entered the shop via the front door.
"One of the offenders climbed over the counter and used a knife to make threats in order to steal items including a quantity of cigarettes.
"The offenders ran off holding a black bag containing the stolen items towards Turks Road.
"Enquiries are ongoing and we are keen to speak to anyone who knows anything about this incident.
"Anyone with any information, dashcam or CCTV footage regarding this incident should contact us on 0161 8564 564 quoting incident 835 of 21/08/2022."
The petrol station was previously targeted in 2016.
On that occasion the cash machine was set on fire with police believing it was an attempt to explode the casing of the ATM to steal money.
The fire service was sent to the scene after the incident to extinguish the blaze.
