A DRIVER who failed to provide police with a breath sample has been banned from the roads for 29 months.
At Wigan Magistrates’ Court Lewis Laycock, aged 22, of Kingwood Avenue, Bolton, pleaded guilty to committing the offence on June 23.
He was given a community sentence which includes 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay £199 in costs and charges.
