A DRUG driver who was carrying a knuckleduster in Morrison Street, Bolton, on December 2 has been ordered to do 100 hours of unpaid work by Bolton magistrates.
Bilal Arfan, aged 20, of Cobham Avenue, Bolton, was caught driving a VW Golf after using cannabis.
He pleaded guilty to drug driving, possessing cannabis and possessing an offensive weapon.
Arfan was banned from driving for 12 months, must participate in 10 days of rehabilitation activities and pay £180 in costs and charges.
