MAGISTRATES have made a restraining order banning a woman from entering the Barnardo’s shop on Chorley New Road, Horwich, after she stole £35 worth of clothing.
At Bolton Magistrates’ Court Jane Booth, aged 35, of Julia Mews, Horwich, pleaded guilty to shoplifting on March 14.
She was fined £20, ordered to participate in 27 days of rehabilitation activities and must pay £180 in costs, charges and compensation.
