A MAN who stalked a woman for two weeks has been ordered to have mental health treatment.
At Manchester Magistrates’ Court Howard Pendlebury, aged 49, of Buile Hill Avenue, Little Hulton, pleaded guilty to committing the offence between December 22 last year and January 5.
He was sentenced to 24 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months and was ordered to wear an electronic tag for 12 months which monitors his exclusion from Wilton Gardens, Radcliffe and Mornington Road, Bolton.
Pendlebury was also ordered to participate in 25 days of rehabilitation activities, pay £213 in costs and charges and a restraining order was made banning him from contacting his victim.
