Filming for the television sequel to the hit 90s film The Full Monty is once again taking place in Bolton town centre today.

The crew was filming inside the site of the former Specsavers shop in Victoria Square for three days last week.

Today they are back today and will continue to be filming there for the rest of the week, a member of the security team confirmed to The Bolton News.

Last week stars from the original 1997 movie could be seen filming, including Steve Huison, Paul Barber and Mark Addy, who played Lomper, Horse and Dave respectively.

Today, the stars have once again been spotted, with Robert Carlyle (Gaz), Mark Addy (Dave), Paul Barber (Horse), Steve Huison (Lomper) and Wim Snape (Nathan) all believed to be seen as it looked as though the crew were taking a break from filming.

The original film, once the highest grossing in the country, follows a group of unemployed men from Sheffield as they decided to form a male striptease act to make some money.

Included in the new series will be new characters, some of which are children and grandchildren of the returning characters.
