Two arrests have been made after police were called to thefts from vehicles by people suspected to be riding scooters
Neighbourhood officers were last night supported by specialist police units, incuding the police dogs.
Officers say that a number of vehicle interference/ theft from motor vehicle incidents were reported in Little Lever with the alleged offenders reportedly on Scooters.
Police from both the Transport Unit and the Tactical Dog Unit attended and located two people who, officers say, 'made off'.
A spokesman for GMP Bolton North said: "Unfortunately for them our officers were too quick and there’s now two in custody awaiting interview."
