A new spectacular performance of panto is coming to Bolton at the end of the month.

When Alice, played by Hannah Dale, uses her imagination and falls down the Rabbit Hole, she finds herself in the bonkers yet magical world of Wonderland.

With the help of her friends, the Mad Hatter, Cheshire Cat and the White Rabbit, Alice will have to try and find a way to overthrow the batty yet evil Queen of Hearts and return Delilah the Duchess back to the throne as rightful heir of Wonderland.

All will be revealed in this brand-new lavish production, featuring side splitting comedy, spectacular scenery, dazzling dance routines, sensational costumes and more.

Alice in Wonderland is a musical pantomime adventure, which will be showing at shown at The Victoria Hall, that will be fun for all the family.

Carl Marsden, on behalf of the production, said: ‘We’re absolutely thrilled to be bringing professional, valuable, family entertainment at a time when it’s never been needed more.

“Alice in Wonderland will be a magical escape for all the family, and we can’t wait to see our audiences enjoy the show over the summer school holidays’.

“The other thing is that it’s also more affordable, so families don’t have to miss out, with the shows just £5 plus a £2 booking fee.”

The Bolton News visited the cast mid rehearsal and can confirm it’s looking like a show not to be missed.

The event is July 29 to August 9.
