A day celebrating Muslim arts and culture was held at Bolton Library and hosted by the Sunny Side Club.
As part of the global Muslim Arts and Culture Festival (MACFEST), the library was adorned in colour.
Among the attractions were head scarf wearing workshops, poetry, henna, caligraphy and other visual art.

The event was attended by the Mayor of Bolton, Cllr Akhtar Zaman and Deputy Lieutenant of Greater Manchester Diane Hawkins.
A spokesperson for MACFEST said: "What a fabulous family event.
