Bolton Library hosted the closing event of the Manchester City of Literature's Festival of Libraries yesterday, Sunday.
The five-day event supported by Arts Council England celebrated the 133 libraries across Greater Manchester, and was rounded off by a speech delivered by BBC's Repair Shop presenter, Jay Blades.
Last year Jay bravely shared his story about deciding to learn to read at age 51.

"We covered everything from his experience of dyslexia, becoming a Chancellor and how to start a business.
"Thank you to everyone who came, especially our amazing host Reece Williams.
"That's a wrap on the Festival of Libraries 2022."
