Chemistry students hit on the right formula to win a number of awards.
Bolton School sixth formers were recognised for their science know how at Chemistry Olympiad, open to schools across the country.
Students in Year 13 of the girls’ division at Bolton School, excelled.
They demonstrated their problem-solving skills and applied their knowledge in challenging real-world situations.
A silver certificate was presented to Marie Poon and bronze certificates went to Victoria Cook, Chloe Ferguson, Sanjana Patel, Fabeha Shafaat and Josie Varghese.
The students collected their awards in a celebratory assembly.
Students from Bolton School boy’s division will be travelling to London to present a project at the Royal Society’s Summer Science Exhibition.
