A community group is planning a coach trip to visit some of the most vibrant and well-loved sites in Liverpool next week.
The event is being planned by the Over Hulton Community Group on Tuesday, April 26, starting in the morning with participants given the chance to take in the sites before setting of home again that afternoon.
The trip is set to be of interest to music lovers, shoppers and anyone interested in Liverpool’s rich heritage and culture with newcomers to the group welcome to take part.
Group organiser John Bullen said: “Enjoy a full day in one of the North West's most vibrant and interesting cities.
“Go shopping in Liverpool One, walk around Albert Dock, visit the cathedrals, art galleries, museums search out the statues of The Beatles, Cilla, Billy Fury and Ken Dodd or even catch the Ferry Across the Mersey!”
The Over Hulton Community Group will be meeting at the Red Lion at Four Lane Ends at 9.30am next Tuesday and will return from Mersey at 4pm the same day.
Tickets will cost £12 and is open to anyone interested in the trip.
