A BOLTON man has admitted failing to provide a breath test to police

Radoslaw Pupin was suspected of having driven a vehicle in Blackpool in November last year.

Police asked him to provide a specimen of breath for analysis but failed to do.

He admitted the offence when he appeared at Blackpool Magistrates Court recently.

The 37-year-old had previously pleaded not guilty.

The case was adjourned for a presentence report to be prepared and also to consider whether Pupin should be banned from the roads.

Pupin, from Fern Street, Bolton will be sentenced next month.

He was banned from the roads on an interim basis until the matter is dealt with.
