High school teacher arrested on suspicion of sexual activity with a child
A secondary school teacher has been arrested on suspicion of sexual activity with a child.
The teacher, who is believed to work at Shuttleworth College in Burnley, was arrested earlier this week.
Police confirmed that a man in his 20s from Blackburn was arrested on suspicion of sexual activity involving a child under the age of 16.
It is believed that the man has since been released on bail.
