Drink driver
A MAN who had no licence or insurance had drunk more than double the legal alcohol limit when he was caught driving.
Wigan magistrates heard how Costel Butnariuk, aged 27, of Silverdale Road, Bolton, was driving a Skoda Roomster at the China Gardens McDonalds, Bolton, on March 12.
He pleaded guilty to drink driving and having no licence or insurance.
He was fined £385, banned from applying for a licence for 20 months and must pay £123 in costs and charges.
