After the indulgence of eating all the chocolate eggs, Easter is the perfect time to head outside on a beautiful spring walk.
We've put together a list of the best walks with cafes in Bolton where you can go with your family this Easter half term.
Queen's Park

Situated in the centre of the town, this beautiful park is the ideal place for an Easter walk.
A children's park is open to let the kids run off some energy, and a lovely cafe is open seven days a week offering drinks, ice cream, and a range of food.
There is also a soft play corner inside too and a duck pond.
Moss Bank Park
Nearest postcode: BL1 6LU
Moss Banks Park is beautiful for a family day out.
The huge park and sandpit are perfect for children and are popular among Bolton residents.
There are two different play areas, one for younger children and one for older children which includes a range of equipment.
The park also has a lovely cafe open daily from 9:30am to 4:30pm which is perfect to relax with a coffee or a hot chocolate.
Rivington Pike
Nearest postcode: BL6 7SB
Rivington is a firm favourite among residents across Bolton and beyond.
When at the top of the pike you can see for miles with views of Bolton, Blackburn, Chorley, and even on a clear day you can sometimes see Blackpool Tower.
Head back down the hill and enjoy a lovely lunch and cup of tea at The Great House Barn Tea Room and gift shop.

Jumbles Country Park

Jumbles Country Park is a beautiful walk four miles north of the town centre.
There are plenty of footpaths to choose from and a large reservoir to walk around.
Fancy a break after all the walking? Head to the Tea Garden Cafe for a quick coffee break.
Turton Tower
Nearest postcode: BL7 0HG
Head down to the iconic Turton Tower this Easter for a lovely walk around the woodland that has lots of fairy doors hidden for children to find.
You can then stop at Turton Tower Woodland Cafe which has outdoor seating as well as inside seating.
Enjoy a lovely hot drink whilst breathing in the spring breeze.
The cafe is open 10:30am to 4pm.
