TRAFFIC is building on one of Bolton's busiest roads this morning after a traffic lights failure.
Work is being carried out in the St Helens Road area, with temporary traffic lights in operation at the junction of High Street.
Transport for Greater Manchester said that a contractor will be on the scene shortly to sort of the issues and are warning motorists to take extra care when approaching the junction.
The issue the temporary traffic lights are not allowing many vehicles through at one time.
Those travelling by public transport are asked to keep up to date with Vision Bus and Diamond Bus in case their journey is impacted
