MAGISTRATES have fined a man £90 after he attempted to damage a police vehicle on Minerva Road, Bolton, on February 28.
Wigan magistrates heard that Kaden Oomer, aged 38, of Holmes Street, Bolton, was already subject to a suspended sentenced for affray at the time.
Oomer pleaded guilty to criminal damage and breaching a suspended sentence. In addition to the fine, he must pay £119 in costs and charges.
