Wigan Magistrates' Court
A MAN has been fined £66 by magistrates after he was caught working as a scrap metal dealer at Raikes Lane, Bolton, on September 22, 2020, without a licence.
Larry Lee, aged 54, of Aqueduct Road, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to committing the offence when he appeared before Wigan magistrates and was also ordered to pay Bolton Council’s prosecution costs of £621 plus £34 towards finding victim services.
The court also imposed a 28-day driving ban.
