The walk takes you through the woods to the village of Chapeltown and you will have views of two reservoirs and to the country house of Turton Tower.

The very popular walking area of Lever Park was laid out by the 1st Lord Leverhulme.
This route has two options, the southern route which is around three miles, and the northern loop which is slightly longer at three and a half miles.
On a clear day, the northern loop will have views of the Clwydian Hills in North Wales.

This park has 2000 acres of cycling and walking trails, with the Grade I listed Smithalls Hall in the middle.
