A BOLTON credit union have issued a public notice, following an increase in anti-social behaviour.
Bolton at Home's, Hoot credit union, said they have experienced abusive or aggressive behaviour, from customers either waiting to come in or already inside.
In their notice they warned that accounts would be closed if the incidents continued.
The notice reads: "If you or someone known to you is aggressive or abusive, or shows any form of anti-social behaviour either inside or while waiting directly outside of our branch, we will close your account, and you will have to find another way to get your benefits.
"We are not a bank but a community owned business that wants to help the community.
"But we have to put the safety and well-being of our staff and members first.
"Please help us to continue to support our community and keep our staff and members safe."
They also emphasised that they may have to close cash services altogether if their rules aren't respected.

The products and service's offered at Hoot are designed to help members manage their money, with all profits shared amongst members or used to benefit the community.
Hoot only lends money to their members who live or work in Bolton and Bury.
