COUPLES who spend their time helping others could be in for a Valentine's Day treat.
Pub boss Neil Simpson is appealing for members of the public to nominate people who are so busy helping others in the community, they have little time left to spend with each other.
The winning couple will be treated to a romantic meal with champagne at Mr Simpson's pub, the Wilton Arms in Belmont Road, Belmont.
He said: "There are many couples out there who dedicate all their time to helping others, be it nurses, carers, headteachers, sports coaches or even scout leaders.
"With all of their spare time taken up caring for others, I thought it would be nice to offer these people a romantic treat for themselves."
To nominate a couple, call Mr Simpson on 01204 303307 or fill in a nomination form at the pub. All entries must be received by February 6.
