The Met Office has predicted that there could be some snow in parts of Greater Manchester, including Bolton, Oldham and Bury from the end of November as we head into the festive period.
Next week's forecast is set to get chillier and bring some frost to the county, due to high pressure being close to western or southwestern parts of the UK from Tuesday November 23.
The Met said this could bring to a colder than average north or northwesterly airflow for a time.
Across northern areas, there is a likelihood of rain and snowfall across higher ground until December 2, which could reach lower levels at times.
Further south of the area there will be less rain but there could be some wintery weather coming to Bolton as we head into December.
Here's the full Met Office weather forecast for November 20 - 22
After a sunny and mild Friday, there will be clouds and rain coming in on Saturday with some sunny spells.
Although it won't be too cold there will be maximum temperatures of 14 degrees.
From Sunday to Tuesday it will turn much colder but brighter, with some overnight frost on Monday.
