THESE are the faces of criminals who were sent to prison this month
LUKE WELDON, aged 25, is a sexual predator who targeted a 14-year-old girl as she walked home. He admitted a string of sexual offences and was sentenced to 12 years and three months in prison.

BENJAMIN WELSH, aged 21, was jailed for nine years after violently shaking his four-moth-old son, leaving him with “catastrophic” injuries.
NAVEED ISHAQ, aged 48, was caught with 400,000 indecent images of children and manuals designed for paedophiles on how to abuse children. He was sentenced to two years in prison.
ADAM BANNISTER, aged 35, was caught driving dangerously in a stolen Mercedes after police spotted him doing 100mph on a motorway hard shoulder. He was sentenced to 14 months in prison.
YAKUB THOMPSON, aged 38, was sentenced to 14 months in prison for the part he took in a road rage attack in Bolton. He and a co-accused left their victim with a cut face.
KASHIF KHAN, aged 37, was caught after a 130mph motorway chase. When the pursuit came to an end Khan, who was over the drink drive limit, climbed into the back seat of the car and tried to claim he had not been the driver. He was jailed for 12 months after admitting dangerous driving.
HARLEY JOHNSON, aged 26, was sentenced to eight months behind bars after admitting dangerous driving. He was pursued by police at up to 80mph through Farnworth and Little Hulton streets after refusing to stop.
DANIEL DAVIES, aged 29, is a prolific shoplifter who stabbed a store security officer with a syringe needle. He was jailed for three years and four months after admitting a series of offences and was banned from every Range and Iceland shop in Greater Manchester.
JENSEN MCNALLY, aged 20, admitted dangerous driving after doing wheelies on his motorbike, riding at speed and on the pavement during a funeral procession for schoolboy Reece Tansey. He was given a four-month jail sentence.
KIERAN ATKINSON, aged 21, stole his mum’s car and crashed into a wall after trying to outrun police. He was jailed for two years.
RYAN WALKDEN, aged 33, sneaked into a 100-year-old man’s bedroom as the pensioner lay in bed and stole his television. The burglar, who also committed other thefts, was given a prison sentence of five years and six months.
KHALID ISMAIL, aged 23, led police on a high-speed chase. He had no licence or insurance for the BMW he was using and admitted dangerous driving. He was jailed for 14 months.
